Great place in great spot! Positive: We stayed in this apartment to celebrate New Year’s Eve in Dubai, and it was a fantastic decision. The apartment is located very close to the Burj Khalifa, which allowed us to walk on foot to the area where the New Year’s celebration took place. The apartment is in excellent condition—beautifully designed, spacious, and very comfortable, with an exceptionally comfortable bed. It is fully equipped with everything needed for both a short or longer stay and offers a very high level of comfort. An additional highlight is the swimming pool located in the building, with a direct view of the Burj Khalifa. Although the pool was closed on New Year’s Eve, the apartment owner went above and beyond to make sure we had an unforgettable night, for which we are truly grateful once again. We would happily return here for a second stay. Everything was absolutely perfect. Period. The service and communication were outstanding. Thank you once again.

Beautiful locations dnd amenities. Positive: Location was excellent for the mall and downtown activities. Entrances in and out of the location was smooth Negative: Everything suited us. Could not get the heat to work and the washer/dryer was a little complicated.
